Theatre Visit Guidelines
Before the Performance
We kindly ask all spectators to arrive at the Theatre on time since all the performances will begin precisely at the time mentioned on your ticket; entering the hall after the third bell is prohibited.
The first call is rung 15 minutes before the beginning of the Large Hall performance, the second call – 10 minutes, and the third call – 5 minutes before the start of the performance.
The main theatre entrance is open 1 hour before the beginning of a performance.
There is a public cafe available before the performance and during the intermission.
You can leave your coats in the cloakroom on the ground floor of the Theatre. The Dailes Theatre administration is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the cloakroom. The fine for a lost cloakroom token is 10 euros.
Show programs can be purchased at the entrances to the halls and at the sales point in the first-floor lobby either before the performance or during the intermission. Card and cash payments are accepted.
If you wish to give flowers or gifts to the artists, you may leave them on the table next to the stand where show programs are sold. Please include a card with the artist’s name. Your flowers will be presented on stage after the performance, and gifts will be delivered backstage. You may also hand flowers and gifts to artists during the curtain call. For guest performances, flowers and gifts can only be presented in person by you.
